Placemaking

DESIGNED FOR ENHANCED EXPERIENCES

Coopers Cross provides the perfect canvas to create an engaging workplace experience, connecting office space to the wider environment indoor and outdoor, day and night. We've thought deeply about the activities which will take place across the campus and fine-tuned these spaces, so they become more than the sum of their parts. At the heart of placemaking in Coopers Cross is our 10,000 sq. ft. cultural space to drive the creation of vibrant cultural commissions and programming through events, engagement initiatives and outreach opportunities.

WORKING WORLDWIDE, WE SEE WHERE CITIES ARE HEADED FOR THE FUTURE, AND HOW URBAN LIFE HAS TRANSFORMED BEYOND RECOGNITION OVER THE PAST YEARS. COOPERS CROSS IS DESIGNED TO MEET THAT CHANGE HEAD-ON.

A PLACE WITH DISTINCT CHARACTER.

The Kennedy Wilson team always respected the history of North Docks as an area that has shaped the city and the importance of that in Placemaking. They knew that this was a place where people's creativity, initiative and talent has over generations shaped a really charismatic neighbourhood. And they've worked that personality into the campus through the design of spaces and canvases inspired by local stories.

INDOOR MEETS OUTDOOR, SEAMLESSLY

At Coopers Cross you'll find connected interior and exterior spaces that can be used day and night. Offering your team accessible places to relax and collaborate.
