MetroLink to lease 49,500 sq ft of Grade-A office space at landmark campus in Dublin’s North Docklands
Dublin, Ireland. (March 11, 2026) – Kennedy Wilson (NYSE: KW), a leading global real estate investment company, is pleased to announce a new long-term lease agreement with Transport Infrastructure Ireland (‘TII’), the non-commercial semi-state body operating under the Department of Transport, for the MetroLink project (‘MetroLink’) in Coopers Cross. MetroLink will occupy 49,500 sq ft in Building Two of the office campus at Coopers Cross, Kennedy Wilson’s landmark mixed-use campus in Dublin’s historic North Docklands.
Totaling 381,000 sq ft of Grade-A space, Building One and Two of Coopers Cross offer best-in-class office accommodation, featuring large, efficient floorplates, excellent natural light and a high-quality internal specification. The buildings are supported by a sector leading intelligent building system, which optimises energy use, comfort and operational efficiency. These modern facilities create a dynamic office environment and an exceptional workplace experience. At Coopers Cross, MetroLink will join global financial services company, Wells Fargo, which has relocated its EU bank to the campus. In addition, the Cultural Space is now home to the ‘International Centre for the Image’ that is operated by PhotoIreland, in partnership with Kennedy Wilson.
Encompassing six-acres in the heart of the North Docklands, within the Strategic Development Zone, Coopers Cross is a vibrant mixed-use development that is revitalising this area of Dublin and creating a new cultural hub for the city. The campus includes 471 apartments, residential amenities, and retail space, all set around a newly landscaped public park. Back2Basics, the popular studio-based gym, is also due to open on site in the coming months, further enhancing the amenity offering.
