Back2Basics to occupy at Coopers Cross opening Q3 2025

We are excited to announce that Back2Basics, the high-performance fitness and wellness brand, will open its flagship city centre gym and health bar, Balance at Coopers Cross later this year.

Back2Basics will occupy a prominent space at the heart of the scheme adjacent Seán O’Casey Park. The new facility will provide state-of-the-art training facilities and personalised coaching programmes with a strong focus on community-driven fitness. The space will feature premium equipment, functional training spaces, group classes, and a health bar offering — all designed to support residents, occupiers and the wider community in leading healthier, more balanced lives.

Back2Basics has earned a strong reputation for its results-driven approach to fitness and its focus on holistic wellbeing. Their innovative approach to fitness and community aligns perfectly with our vision to create a vibrant, healthy and connected neighbourhood.

“This is a huge milestone for us,” said Sean Harding, Founder of Back2Basics. “Coopers Cross is exactly the kind of forward-thinking, urban environment we’ve been looking for. We’re excited to bring our brand of high-energy, community-first fitness to this dynamic new neighbourhood.”

The new gym is expected to open in Q3 2025, with membership and class information to be announced soon.
